Worst seller ever!!! They doing false advertising showing Samsung brand products in their ads but selling instead a very cheap Chinese brand product Zingbang logo,very ugly...surprised that eBay allows such things..Stay away from this!!!

Sorry and regret for your shopping experience.Samsung company outsourced the production line of their smart door locks to Zigbang.In other words, the current Zigbang producst is the former Samsung products.The function and quality of the producst are exactly the same.Thank you for your feedback, we'll explain in more detail on the product description page in the future.

Im very disappointed with this seller !!!! Do not bother to pay any extra delivery cost as your item won't arrive on time! I paid extra $30 dollars to get my parcel by 31st July and my parcel didn't come. I contacted this seller to informed them that I haven't got my parcel. They sent it again but I got extra £58.24 charge by Fedex. I sent many emails to asked for my $30 refund but they blaming the weather condition. This is absolutely disgusting!!!! Money-grabbing and unhelpful!!!!!!
