Seller shipped in a flat rate envelope. Item arrived creased down the entire length due to the unacceptable packaging. Seller immediately blamed me and my local delivery person for the damage and was unwilling to accept responsibility for shipping in an alternate method and not packaging to prevent damage. I took responsibility & REFUNDED 25.00 for damages & the buyer chose to keep the item. The issue, method of shipping. EBAY emailed me FR ENVELOPE shipping for the item. I never questioned it & packed the item w/ cardboard to protect it in the envelope. AFTER the item is delivered the buyer told me he paid for another form of shipping.
