    Shipped poorly, came with three broken pieces and it would not function, company tried to do a return outside eBay over the phone. Once they received the return then try to give partial refund because I shipped it back poor. I shipped it in two new heavy duty boxes with thick base and it was dry when they received it. I got it looking like it to a dip in a lake and a truck ran over it, it did have plenty of packing peanuts . I see why their rating is so low.

    Fast service and started out great.

    Worked great for three days but now my computer won't recognize it. I went to settings and highlighted it as the default printer but still no operation. Checked connections but nothing. I don't understand it was working fine and then nothing. I installed drivers and it worked fine but now not so good. Would appreciate any help. Thanks, JOhn
