    Sleep aid

    Take the sleep aid part of this supplement seriously. I bought this for a mood stabilizer. It says to take on an empty stomach with water. So I took it first thing in the morning, big mistake. I am completely Exausted and For some reason my stomach hurts. I have since eaten and my stomach feels a little better but I am still VERY tired. This is for sure high quality 5-HTP otherwise I wouldn’t be feeling this sleepy. This was my first dose, so I can’t speak yet for the mood “booster” aspect of this product, but I am confident that it will work due to the very power feeling of exhaustion I am experiencing.
