This item does not include the accessories like outside electric "Link" box, flare sealer, and electric wire for AC. It was shipped in 2 boxes (outside unit & inside air handler) which is normal. Arrived in very good condition. Installation was simple. The unit comes precharged w/coolant and does not require (although recommended) the vacuum procedure. The method I use is to hookup all copper, but, not tight; open each valve (low thin copper 1st); tighten when coolant has for forced air out

So far so good. Got the minisplit installed and running and it's moving lots of heat out of the building. FYI the amp draw of the 19 seer 24K unit is ~5.5 amps when it's running at full load. Both units are very quiet. All you hear is a little hum of the compressor and the refrigerant flowing through the lines. Inside you just hear a faint air movement. I plan to buy more in the future when I can.
