It was shipped in 2 boxes (outside unit & inside air handler) which is normal. Arrived in very good condition. Installation was simple. The unit comes precharged w/coolant and does not require (although recommended) the vacuum procedure. The method I use is to hookup all copper, but, not tight; open each valve (low thin copper 1st); tighten when coolant has for forced air out

I requested cancellation and was denied because seller had shipped already but never updated the status or gave me a shipping notice or a message updating me. The guitar was a gold/sandy color instead of the pictured gray color. It took almost a week to get them to relent to pay for return shipping and refund. I sold the bass locally by the time they offered to do that. POSITIVE: they finally tried to make it right.
