Norwegians be aware: Seller did not specify VOEC and declared incorrect item value on customs declaration. This necessitated manual customs processing by Posten causing delays and a handling fee of 45 NOK plus VAT (moms) on the incorrect value, in addition to the correct VAT already paid through eBay. Would have been fast and free if specified correctly. Seller is unwilling to cover these extra expenses even though it was caused by their mistake.

They then offered 50%, and again, I declined, as I wanted what I had ordered. Seller needs to either take down their ad, or ship what is offered!
