I tried to send this message to the seller, but that aspect of the ebay website didn't work.
"You sent 11 eggs, not 12. There were no broken or cracked eggs. Y'all need to have a talk with your packaging department. I expected better; I thought you might add a couple of extra eggs since the hatch rate is so low (you report 50% on shipped eggs).
I'm expecting better than a 50% hatch rate since I've done this many times before as a biomedical researcher. Google TH Adair Chick Embryo.

Packaged well but usps still broke half of them clearly mark nothing wrong with seller just shipper as always they do a very poor job shipping. I have bought over 40 dozen in the last 2 years and 70% of the time using usps they come broken.
