    Helpful Sleep Aid

    Obviously, I have a hard time sleeping. I really like this balm, the smell is very soothing and does seem to help me fall asleep. Not too greasy and not too quickly absorbed but wish that the smell could last as long as the balm... maybe it would help me stay asleep longer then. All in all, a useful addition to my quest for sleep
