Induction Frying Pans
The large frying pan is acceptable. Both frying pans actual induction plates are to small. The small frying pan induction plate is less than 6 inches wide with the inner 2 inch circular hole missing the induction plate in its center. Not enough of area to cook evenly across the cooking surface of the 8 inch pan. The 10 inch frying pan has the same discrepancy in the induction plate as the 8 inch frying pan. Thus, these frying pan probably would work just great on an electric or gas stove. I do not recommend them for an induction cook top/range. Alex G.The large frying pan is acceptable.
