All parts were included, shipping was super fast. Very pleased so far. Ordered this a/c to use in the back of my 40 ft horse trailer / RV. The original a/c isn't strong enough to completely cool the back even tho it's fully insulated. Haven't been able to use this one yet as my lake lot needs electrical upgrades. Hope to have it functional by next week.
