As mentioned, the only issue was getting stuck with paying extra shipping because selling party overlooked combining shipping. With coins, that extra $5.95 (or whatever) can be substantial. In the world I live in, a business cannot just blame such a thing on an employee, make the buyer pay for the error and then move on. That would be considered unprofessional and poor business practices.
