This unit is pretty small and does not keep ice frozen but it surprisingly works very good. I set it up very easy, use only bottled water and in 2 days had about 12 bags of ice. You must remove styrofoam seal under cap of bottled water or water cannot flow correctly, no water error will come on.

I'm really picky about my ice. Has to be clear or clear enough that it doesn't make my soft drink flat. This ice machine was a gift to myself for working hard all these years and I'm very satisfied with it. It's quiet enough when running and makes good ice. It has that commercial ice machine feel to the ice so no more purchasing ice from the store. I'll probably save money in the end owning this ice machine over the 2-3 bags a week we purchased previously. The bin is big enough to fill a medium-

We have been using the ice maker machine for a few days now and so far it has been a great product. We are using the bottle fed feature which made it simple to setup as there is no need to do any hook-up to a water source. We would recommend using a smaller 3 gallon bottle as it's a little easier to manage although I believe a 5 gallon bottle would still work.

Pros....makes square cubes fast n quick. Have to play with the settings so you dont get a brick. few moving parts. Mainly the pump. Cons...Its small doesnt hold 33lbs of ice but more like ten pounds. I am measuring it up against ten pound and five pound bags of ice. Its short. Even with the feet screwed on our resident dwarf who has to stand on a milk crate to open doors has to stoop to get to the ice. We elevated it a foot an a half higher. To get the 100 pounds daily you best have a chest freezer next to it. And plenty of bags to put ice in. IF not the ice with hang on the flap bridge and it will stop making ice till it melts most of the box and restarts. The book is a multi unit book and barely covers said units function. This machine is a decent low budget ice maker .. I would recommend it for residential use or lite commercial … It's not as well constructed as some of the professional grade machines like Manitowoc or Viking and KitchenAid that can cost over $2K... But for under $400 it dose a decent job and makes nice cubes .. Someday if it ever needs a part replaced it may take some research since it is an off brand .. But for the price I decided to take a chance . This machine is a decent low budget ice maker .. Sweet little ice machine
Its a good little machine for the money.You have to prime it first but then its off to the races. Keep the temp at 7 or 8 for best ice.The downside is it wastes a lot of water in the drainage.I have a 5gallon jug on mine bought a small pump an 5 gallon bucket with lid now pump overflow back into jug problem solved.

Wow had it for 6 months and works great. Saved lotsa money on bag ice plus didn't have haul it in and find a place to keep it. This really is a great machine not too hard to clean makes so much we never run out. Would highly recommend for any household that uses ice. Plus you can save some ahead in my chest freezer for parties and cookouts. Price not that high when you have used it for a while probably saved half the price of it in bag ice over the last 6 months.Wow had it for 6 months and works great. water in put issue
The metering valve on the float has broke. It no longer opens and the pipes hooked to the water bottle opening leak. As long as I can keep water in the tray the pump works good and I get another tray of ice every 15 minutes. I just need to hook it to pressurized water.
