This toaster does everything that I hoped it would do and more. My favorite bread is a long bread and I like a dark toast. My wife's bread is closer to normal size and she likes a very lite toast. This toaster accommodates both plus we both like a toasted bagel or English Muffin at times and this toaster does a very good job on both of these.
