An unauthorized purchase was made under my account and the seller did not respond to my messages when I was trying to resolve the issue.
I was able to recover the items which were wrong and offered to send them back. No reply from seller.
Not recommended. Had to escalate to eBay customer care.

We spoke several times before the sale and they changed the original order from one to two crib rails. After receiving their purchase, they had buyers remorse and said it was more than they could afford due to a hardship. Immediately after, they changed their reason to someone hacked their account. Rather than responding to the buyer, I contacted eBay customer service and the agent agreed that their communications were inconsistent. Their return is being accepted and their feedback is unjust.
