I have questions that I NEED help with. I have tried to contact EBay in every way that I know how to do. The automated system just keep asking the same questions and WILL NOT let me talk to an agent. It is VERY HARD to explain something to a Robot!!!!!! There should be some way for older people that don't know how to navigate the system. I have questions about more than one item.
