Excellent item works flawlessly. The pulsebit mate model pb-11 is no longer being manufactured by viacom so these are available at a bargain price. Easy to use. Accurate EKG. Well designed to use in multiple positions. The only thing it lacks is the ability to plug in external leads, but then these will cost you around another hundred dollars and you won't get the simultaneous SpO2 reading. Already has proved quite useful for CHF.
