I purchased and paid for a 2024 model excavator over the weekend, Seller messages me this morning and informs me that they are unable to ship it "due to damage". Then it's relisted for $1,000.00 more than what I paid. Then another AGT "SELLER", sends me an offer on a 2023 model for the same price that I paid for the 2024. A FRAUD complaint filed with both EBAY & PAYPAL.
