    Great product

    We purchased another system and returned it because of the expense of the prepackaged coffee. The Ninja can use regular ground coffee, which is much more cost effective. The unit is computer controlled and “presoaks” the grounds before brewing. The technique works great and yields a great cup of coffee. The frothed milk works as good or better than “steamed” froth. Just heat the milk in the microwave to warm it, first. It is very easy to use. Overall, we are very pleased with the unit.

    Better than others

    I'm not a die-hard coffee drinker, so I can't articulate all the nuances regarding a great machine. However, I own a Kuerig, and a Mr. Coffee machine, and niether of them brewed coffee to my satisfaction. I tried filtering water, bottled water, and different brands of coffee, and somehow--the coffe never tastes that great. The Ninja coffee machine brews coffee that tastes quite a bit closer to coffee house offerings. It's not perfect--that's a subjective opinion of course, but its the first machine that leaves me satisfied with the cup of coffee I can make at home. It is easy to use, and best of all, the brewed coffee stands up to milk (that's the test for me). In the end it is priced right, easy to use and clean--so I would recommend this machine.
