    Who Knew?

    Who knew there were so many ways to grill indoors? This book gives you all the info and recipes you need to create some great grilled items--come rain or shine. He takes you step by step through the whole recipe and the methods needed to prepare it on your grilling machine, built-in grill, grill pan, stove-top smoker, rotisserie or fireplace. Some of the recipes are a bit too complicated for me, others a bit too spicy, or call for rather exotic ingredients but, there are still plenty bound to become part of my everyday repertoire.

    Indoor Grilling

    I bought this book as a Christmas gift because the author appeared to be highly recommended. I looked through it and there are lots of great recipes in it. Also, the author reminds me of Tony Iommi.

    Grilling in a good way. Ahhh the taste of foods cooked on a grill and with Steven you can cook anything. Giving you a new experience with new foods. You will love this book and the instructions. Easy to understand!

    Wow, another wonderful reference book for grilling and perfect for those without an outside place to grill. Cover several difference ways to grill inside. and outstanding reference for the cook's library!
