Banner said Free Shipping. Immediately in transaction asked for $12. I finished the transaction and in the comments wrote “so much for Free Shipping. Seller messaged me calling me rude and then gave me $5 refund. After recapping the history the next reply was “I don’t owe you an apology. You paid and then complained”.
