    Shipped poorly, came with three broken pieces and it would not function, company tried to do a return outside eBay over the phone. Once they received the return then try to give partial refund because I shipped it back poor. I shipped it in two new heavy duty boxes with thick base and it was dry when they received it. I got it looking like it to a dip in a lake and a truck ran over it, it did have plenty of packing peanuts . I see why their rating is so low.

    Great printer

    Not sure whether it was our prior setup or what -- but I plugged this printer into our home network replacing an old HP 1100 and it just started working. Now maybe we don't have the right drivers for all the functions, but for us it's as good as go. Thanks guys, maybe in the future I'll take the time to do it right, but for now HP is reaching backward to remember what matters to people who us this stuff. It just has to work!!!
