Ordered this phone for my new work phone, shipping was super fast however once I received it, I charged it to 100 percent and less than 15 minutes of use, phones battery was around 40 percent. Tried contacting the seller numerous times asking for a refund to help cover the cost of the battery replacement with no response. I had the battery replaced and opened a claim with PayPal and they agreed to refund me once I send the phone back. Poor customer service and false advertising at its finest

Avoid! Received the wrong phone. Its not a dual sim phones as described on the advert even though the seller was asked to confirm before the purchase. The Very Good condition is questionable! Zero responses after numerous messages left.

I'll drop 4 stars because the cellphone worked correctly, and cosmetically it is very good for its price. Now, as soon as I received it, it never turned on, so I had to take it to Apple technical support to have it checked. The diagnosis was a lack of iOS update and maintenance, so it cost me an additional $39 for this service. I would hope that I would be able to use the device once it gets my hands on it, but it still seems like a great price for this device. Thank you!
