Item arrived 14 days later; however, the item was listed as listed as opened. When we got the item, one of the batteries looked used. Neither of the items worked. Seller offered return, however refund is subject to condition of item. We sent pictures of item and he says his QC department says it is not the same. I checked the site and it does. Now I would have to pay shipping for return, and hope that I get a refund, which we decided not to do because we would be out another $20 in shipping.

Hello, who did you speak to? Not sure what you're referring to when you say hope you get a refund; eBay has guidelines for everyone to follow. We offer 30 free returns and you still have 11 days to start your return. Being in PR like yourself mail does travel slower. Please reach out to us if you have an issue processing your returns.
