First off, the due dates don't mean anything so don't expect it to be on time. No idea where the item really is. "Store" appears to be in India, the teaching tells you something different and the return address was something altogether different and in the US so who knows. Was specific about size needed as the order requested but when I finally got it it was 2 sizes too big. Sent back after they told me a replacement would be sent and instead I got a refund and so at least I got $$ back.
