Fast shipping. Great price. Great seller. This hutch is well built and easy to assemble. One of the better indoor setups I’ve come across especially because of the wheels( they lock if need be) We have a larger rabbit (18lbs) so I added some panel nails to the bottoms of the pull out trays just to reinforce it but I really like this set up! Thank you!

arrived with wrong assembly instruction (tortoise house TH-WT316), had to find the right instructions online on You
Tube. Some of the holes would not match up. The little door locks are very bad quality. Hard to open and close and falling apart. Will try to find different ones. After about a days work, the Rabbit House looks nice.

This seller is a cheater.
His item was reconditioned, and not new while he advertise on eBay is New.
Asked him to send the new as described on eBay but he never has ant new to send and asked me to send the old item back to him.
His trick is: He sell the old one but set the price for the new, if customer accept the old, he shall get better benefit. If buyer don't accept the old item, he refunds after receive the old one returned to him, in that case he has nothing to lose.
