    Shipped poorly, came with three broken pieces and it would not function, company tried to do a return outside eBay over the phone. Once they received the return then try to give partial refund because I shipped it back poor. I shipped it in two new heavy duty boxes with thick base and it was dry when they received it. I got it looking like it to a dip in a lake and a truck ran over it, it did have plenty of packing peanuts . I see why their rating is so low.

    Great value and works very well

    Very pleased with the entire experience. Good quality printer, functions just as expected. Prints clearly and has no issues other than some stickers on the outside which were noted and pictured prior to purchase. A little Goof Off and good as new. Great value.
