Smooth transaction and fast delivery. Item shipped without an operators manual, spark plug wrench, or oil, but did include the wheels, feet and related mounting hardware. Downloaded the manual. Not surprised since it was advertised as an open box. Once assembled and filled with oil it started immediately and works great. A little noisy after using two inverters in parallel, but the item works flawlessly and runs my 5 horsepower air compressor without issues. I would buy again.
