Le colis est arrivé le 18 octobre 2023. Cependant, j'ai un problème avec une des lampes, elle chauffe trop jusqu'à ce que le filament devienne sensiblement chaud. Malheureusement, je n'ai rien à vérifier, je l'ai donc retiré et j'ai laissé un de ceux qui étaient là avant et il se comporte normalement, le chauffage va décoller, il fonctionne correctement, donc le problème peut venir de cette lampe.
Existe-t-il une solution en envoyant une unité de remplacement ?
