    Shipped poorly, came with three broken pieces and it would not function, company tried to do a return outside eBay over the phone. Once they received the return then try to give partial refund because I shipped it back poor. I shipped it in two new heavy duty boxes with thick base and it was dry when they received it. I got it looking like it to a dip in a lake and a truck ran over it, it did have plenty of packing peanuts . I see why their rating is so low.

    Amazing Workhorse

    Our office uses HP Laserjet printers because they're inexpensive, easy to maintain, and dependable. Until recently, we used 2300's. Although it was an out-of-date printer, it still worked dependably. With our current purchase, we decided to upgrade to a faster, higher duty rating, printer, and came across this P4015dn. All I can say is, "Wow!" This is a super printer. With a duty cycle rating in excess of 100,000 pages, 10,000 page toner cartridges, 52 page per minute print speed as well as built-in networking and duplexing, this is our newest go to printer. After upgrading the firmware, all our programs print without a problem. At 52 pages per minute, the sheets fairly fly out to the exit bin. All in all, a fun printer to have because it works so well.     Used Printer Setup

    Make sure that the printers' factory IO has been reset with the initializing reset so a computer can find the IP address of the printer. Know how to perform an install of new printer firmware. Read how to do this on HP Support website. Do a Google search for Service Manual to have on hand for maintenance issues. These are things that should be done for anyone that has some computer knowledge and not for someone who just knows how to turn it on. These are good printers for the consumer on the used market and should give you a long run if maintained.

    The workhorse of the office!

    We have several HP 4015n printers and they perform great! It's nice to find one with a low page count and ready to go. I have rebuilt many of these printers and repairs are pretty straight forward, so I am very familiar with HP printers. Parts are readably available and there is tons of support online for HP printers so I would highly recommend them. The printer is great for business use and would suit a small home office too. We print over 3000 pages at a time with great speed and quality.

    HAPPY WITH MY PURCHASE.

    This printer is a little louder than my old HP but the print quality is excellent and it is super fast. If this printer winds up being the work horse my HP 2200D was, I will be a happy camper. It does a great job on envelopes also. The "starter toner cartridge" that came with it is still going strong and I have not yet had to install a new cartridge. These are good folks to deal with.
