(Not a fan of peanuts) All printers were very clean, with a couple having toner on the outside of the trays. All the charge rollers were disconnected and laying in the bottom of the toner area, 2 of the 4 charge rollers were very dirty, I replaced those. The description left out the page count on each machine, which I think is a very important consideration when purchasing a printer. They tested fine and worked great! Once they received the return then try to give partial refund because I shipped it back poor. I shipped it in two new heavy duty boxes with thick base and it was dry when they received it. I got it looking like it to a dip in a lake and a truck ran over it, it did have plenty of packing peanuts .
