Once shipped, it arrived in a reasonable amount of time from Japan. So, five stars for that. They used FEDEX. Five stars for FedEx. The item was well packaged and protected. My only criticism is that the seller took 13 days to ship and that only happened after some gentle prodding on my part. But YES, I would buy from this seller again. But please Seller, ship faster.

Unfortunately once the package got to customs here we had nothing but trouble . But they were always attentive to the situation messaging quickly even though we're on the opposite side of the planet and even willing to send out a second unit. I would definitely do business with them again!
