The heater is great but it did not include the connector for the water to the unit. I have tried six different places and none carry this item. A special fitting this difficult to find should be included with the unit. This will keep me from buying again.

Manufacturing Defect - no response under warranty claim
I purchased this heater through eBay in April 2021 and had a leak in the heater in October 2021. I have been attempting to exercise the 1-year warranty but am getting the run-around from both eBay and Vevor. If you have any concerns about the quality of this heater and it being covered by the warranty, I recommend that you DO NOT BUY FROM Vevor!!!!!!

great for the price, but finicky
I've been using this model for several years in a 4-person household. Installation was easy. Drawbacks include low water flow due to small pipe connections, but this is probably required for this small WH to to heat to usable temps. It is finicky regarding "overheat", as the water coming into it varies depending on the ambient temps. In Summer I need to find the "sweet spot" on the temp dial so it heats the water enough but doesn't automatically turn off. Initially, it didn't do this much, but in the last year (after 3+ years of use) it turns off a LOT, and I'm assuming it's the overheat protection, but might be the flow sensor. I'm going to take it apart and see if I can make adjustments. I may purchase a second one so the upstairs and downstairs are independent, and both shower and ... Very good
The only reason I'm not giving it a five star is because every once in awhile it will shut off and it doesn't restart unless you shut the water off and back on. Other than that it is a perfect unit. And extremely easy to install. All the fittings are standard and I hung mine with two concrete screws. It is very pleasant looking and quiet performs as it should.

On city water supply, and it’s just too finicky to be reliable. Unhappy with purchase, but I had to give it a try. I’ve got 2 other water heaters from a different manufacturer, and they’ve performed flawlessly over 4 years of daily use. One is dedicated to laundry room & bathroom.
