Good pickup, Great tone.
I believe the seller should list the output ohmage. It's liitle weak. I wired it to a Bartolini preamp with a gain control on the preamp itself. I was able to match the output of my other active bass by doing this. Sounds awesome now, can wait to finish the build. String spacing is a bit narrow if it's placed closer to the bridge. I put some larger head screws for pole pieces in, that did the trick. With a wider magnetic field, the strings pickup evenly now. 1st pic is my rough build before paint. 2nd pic is what I'm going for...simillar. As I am the Gene in St.Louis bassed KISS Tribute (Rocket Ride). Can't wait till the next show!!!I believe the seller should list the output ohmage. It's liitle weak.
