I have to have both knees replaced, so these help a lot to prevent buckling. Sizing was good. They could be a little bigger at the top to prevent the muffin top of the thighs but then I might not have the right amount of compression. I found that not pulling them up quite as high helped with that while still having the patella gel ring placed correctly. Great buy & new.
