The camcorder arrived well packed and very clean. It worked well except for the video and audio outputs. The viewfinder and headphones were fine, but there was no image on the TV. I contacted the seller to find out if he had tested or noticed this, but he didn't reply. I tried lots of things without success and ended up cleaning the heads, which is quite tricky, but fortunately the picture finally appeared. It was a problem of very dirty heads. So all's well that ends well.
