The inserts provide structure and support And make the bra better than if it were made of light cotton only. There are no hook and eye closures — the strap across the back is stretchable fabric only. (The reason i say that is because other sleeping bras are made of very thin cotton only and that would not have suited my taste. ) Sweet colors.
