The head is solid and heavy and fits the palm well and is very comfortable. In addition it arrived ahead of the forecast delivery date. I would highly recommend this product and this seller

I requested for a refund but seller offered to send me a replacement piece within next few days. However after one week still no updates I had to chased him and then he casually mentioned that he would just provide a refund instead. No issues with my refund though. Seller is not reliable; I would not recommend buying from them.
