Interesting Russian.
This Russian watch is one that appeals if you are interested in unusual and interesting design and history. It cannot be described as a nice watch when compared to many brands. It can be described as a fascinating piece of gear. It's origin story and unique look make it a must have for many that collect men's watches. Designed and built in USSR it's function and durability are well known and respected. This one is an automatic with a bi directional rotating bezel and screw down crown and back. It has an acrylic face and unique screw back design. When operating the crown be aware of unusual feel of the stem when unscrewed. If you don't know what to expect you could think it's broken. The time and date adjust works, if sorta clunky. The fit and finish is good enough and the watch is accurate. This probably isn't for everybody but I like it. The main negative for me is that since I have multiple watches that I wear the automatic isn't as convenient as a quartz to keep set at the correct time.Verified purchase: YesCondition: Pre-owned

A Brilliant Watch 👌
It's a Russian make so there was no way of seeing this watch other than virtually, before buying as I live in India. There were sceptics but I had to have a boctok. And must say it is good watch. A military-diver-date watch, very robust, has a sporty appeal with the hint of red on the dial. The watch has quite a presence on the wrist. Russian watches usually sit big on the wrist. The bezel has a good finish and rotates without a click both ways but won't really slip off as I had expected because no clicks. The bracelet is alright for the price point. Is again a solid make though. Overall I'm quite happy with the watch and will update soon on how it keeps time. A good option to start with boctok watches.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
