These people are all full of excuses. I never received the two packages I ordered. I did receive my money back. All I have received after three attempts to help them help themselves is excuses, excuses, excuses. I asked for a tracking number, and plugged the Fedex tracking number in, and it shows a tiny little envelope on a porch with snow. It wasn't my porch, it wasn't my shovel in the picture, and it isn't my snow on the porch. Their answer is that they have too many warehouses, AGAIN EXCUSES
