Good for sleep, definitely worth trying!
I was expecting to have to take a few capsules to get any benefit from this because the dose for each ingredient is on the low side, and I've had sleep difficulties all my life, but they must work synergistically because 1 capsule works well (in fact, I find 1 works better than 2-3). Truly Calming
I use this to help with my daughter's symptoms of ADHD, she is 12 and this really helps, she takes 2 in the morning and sometimes a third during the day if she is particularly agitated - we have consulted a kinesiologist and I would recommend any supplements given to children to be given with advise from a professional. I also take this supplement and feel generally much calmer and clearer in thought, compared to the days I don't take it. I highly recommend this product. We have been using it now for about 2-3 years, excellent value for the results you feel immediately.
