Product required some work in order to assemble it. I contacted the seller and they gave me a discount to make the repairs myself. With that said, I am happy with the purchase. 4 stars for quality, but 5 stars for customer support and satisfaction. I agree with other reviews that the tines are short, but I knew that when I made the purchase. It works great for what I bought it for. I am happy and would purchase from them again.

Arrived in short order. Assembly was ok - but a pictorial would definitely help it along. As others have noted, the hole for the brace is too small, or the pipe(sleeve) is too big. For $500, why am I grinding to get it to fit??? Even then, had to beat it into place with a sledge hammer.Again - the TINES ARE WAY TOO SHORT!!! 8 inchers are between "ok" and "not worth it" No where in the description is this noted !Overall did ok job....just it took many many runs to get it done.

As all other user feedback, all you have is a exploded picture to go by. If you can follow that without directions, then this is a great deal as the parts used are not cheap junk.
