Initially I had a failure with the battery charger, but hiboy customer service was phenomenal and sent me a new one and has been amazing since then. Only thing I don't like about this scooter is the automatic motor brake that kicks in at about 25-28 mph when going down big hills. Speedometer calibration is off. GPS says I'm at about 17.5 MPH when scooter says 19 MPH. I can get 15 miles out of a charge with some hills.
