      Golden Oldie

      The build quality is excellent (after all this is a product from 1997 or so). The system battery was low(display said so) - the battery is an easy replacement, and the unit is going well. Good support for user manual etc too.

      Surprisingly capable for the 2020s

      Not the highest fidelity sounds but a very capable MIDI sequencer In a compact box, amazing considering how old it is (1997). Only real downside is having no easy backup solution except over Sysex (apparently - I haven’t tried it!)

      YAMAHA QY70 - Tiny worker

      Little enjoyable battery operated and still good sounding worker on my trips on which I can write down my music sketches and ideas. On the other side it can rule all of my devices on my DAWless studio via MIDI.

      Amazing unit!

      This is one of the best sequencers ever made! Very flexible. And the internal sounds are great too. When paired with a midi keyboard you can do pretty much all of your music with this. It proves that the 90's were a much better time for portable music making.

      Yamaha Midi sequencer (good deal)

      The product is good. I haven't opened it yet because I am going over the manual with a TxtAloud program. The manual is pretty vast. The sequencer can plug to the computer with an 8 pin mini din to USB which windows 10 will find with the driver installed no problem. I need to keep taking a look at the manual overall good product. Thank you.
