Seller is very quick to respond to messages and answering my concerns, and the laptop arrived as described and after a little parts swap, it is running beautifully once again. Also since this is an older laptop, I knew I was walking into it possibly having a bad battery, but I don't care about it. I am going to enjoy this laptop. So A+++ to the seller. Shipping in my honest opinion could have been a bit cheaper, but I understood the reasoning in the long run for it being high.

    Hi My Review on the Hp 67 10 is i simply love it compared to new lap tops this is great it has a tough shell and is durable unlike newer lap tops that are made of flimsy cheap plastic . i upgraded the ram and put windows 7 on it and i watch you tube and net flix with no problems. i did uprade to windows ten but wasnt happy with ten so back to 7

    HP lives up to good laptop in spite of the lousy keyboard layout. Quiet.

    First off, I bought this product because HP is a good brand of PC both in desktop and this laptop. This one has the 15.4" screen which gives me more area which I like. I bought this on ebay and a 15.4" Dell D830 on ebay within a few months of one another. This one runs more quietly, less fan noise, less heat than the dell and both are dual core. I do hate one thing about this HP and that is the keyboard layout which is much different than any computer I've used AND there is not PRT SCR (print screen)function on the keyboard. Also, the power cord plugin is on the left SIDE making it bend more than if it was on the rear where it should be and is on most all other brands.

    I am enjoying my used compact every day.

    I was leary when i purchased this computer used. But now I am an advocate. It is in great shape I was able to use it right out of the box. Set up was very simple. I am using it now daily and enjoying it. When I looked at new ones that were double to triple what I paid and wonder what they have that I do not have. They have a little more speed which I don,t need. I guess you could say I am very happy.

    Compaq 6710b is a reliable, durable, and nice looking laptop.

    It is great for watching videos. The keyboard is smooth to operate. It boots up quickly. I upgraded it to windows 8 operating system and windows 8 does not allow the display to completely fill the entire screen. There is about an inch of black space on both side of the screen but I can live with that on a used laptop.
