    I have used this product for years and it's Great for your Immune System, Whether you Are Young or Old. Now that Cold, Flu, Pneumonia Season Is Here along with COVID, You Need to Keep Your Immune System Strong. Take a caplet twice a day( once in the morning with breakfast and once at night with dinner) and you will be fine. Nothing less than a thousand mgs. will do. But do this everyday along with a multivitamin and you Will be fine but you have to keep it up for the Rest Of Your Life!
