    Shipped poorly, came with three broken pieces and it would not function, company tried to do a return outside eBay over the phone. Once they received the return then try to give partial refund because I shipped it back poor. I shipped it in two new heavy duty boxes with thick base and it was dry when they received it. I got it looking like it to a dip in a lake and a truck ran over it, it did have plenty of packing peanuts . I see why their rating is so low.

    Perfect Printer for My Needs

    Funny thing about the reviews for this printer. Nearly all of the negative reviews had to do with how difficult it was to set up on a network. For me, this was the easiest printer I've ever set up. On two of the printers, all I did was open the Settings program and click on Add a Printer, only to find that it was already there and ready to use. On two other printers, I actually had to press the Setup key and wait three seconds. Done, and ready to use. These were all Windows 10 computers. If you have Macs, who knows? Separately, I bought the auxiliary 500-sheet paper feeder. The installation process consisted of stacking the printer on the paper feeder. Alignment pins guided it into place, and that was it.     Would not buy it again

    There were shadows at first and not when I use the duplex part of it, there is a buildup of toner on the bottom of the pages. I use it to print church bulletins on 20# paper. The reason that I bought this one is because I had one just like it and the gusset went out after 40,000+ pages. This has less than 3,000 and it’s already giving me poor printing.

    An Excellent Printer for a small office environment

    The M452dn is an excellent choice for a small office environment. I had no problem setting it up on our network and am very pleased with the speed it prints both black and white and full color documents. Would highly recommend it.

    Disappointed

    It arrived refurbished and was obviously older parts. Print quality was great but within a week received an error I could not fix 59.F0? Something is wrong internally. Now it is a very heavy paperweight and I need another solution.

    Poor Printer Investment-I would NOT recommend.

    Worked ok for a few prints, then the fuser went out and HP corporation has been a nightmare to work with. Save your money for something better from a different company!
