Ordered a brand new muffler for my Dodge Ram 1500. The part came in all banged up full of dents, scuffs, burn marks from bad welds. I reached out to this company 2 times and was completely ignored. They did nothing to take care of this issue. This is really terrible customer service. I order many parts for my vehicles and will stay far away from this company in the future. Do not recommend them to anyone.
