    I never received the product, I paid for it, they just never shipped it, when i asked for tracking it took several days before I received a short reply that they were looking into it, and over a week later I still had not gotten a reply, I followed up and was told to call their warehouse, I informed them I wasn't calling their warehouse and that they would have to reimburse me, and send me a unit on them for the inconvenience, I never heard back again. this has taken 3 weeks.

    As per the buyers feedback, they received a full refund as USPS was late uploading the tracking. (the item was in route)Also as per their feedback they stated we did try and contact them to resolve any issues as we are always here to help with any issue large or small. Once again they did also demand a free item. We did follow up with no response.
