Sellers Cautious! Horrible experience! Buyer tries to poach Gold item at the price of silver by misusing eBay policy. Was ready to refund the buyer as well as exchange an item, but buyer expected an unreasonable deal, by asking for expensive product. False claims in regards to communication regarding brand and metal. Tried fullest to satisfy the customer, but couldn't work out for buyers unacceptable demands. It's unfair to deal with buyers' clear lies!
